Hi men, how much weight would I must lose before other people start to notice? I know overweight people have to lose a good bit before it’s recognizable, but I’m on the tiny aspect, so I’m guessing weight loss would show quicker? Can anyone quantify this, please? How many kgs lost will show? It really is thought by me is going to be different for everyone.
